Teacher Research Begins in Teacher Preparation  
Teacher research is very different from traditional social science research 
on teaching. Every teacher has the opportunity to conduct teacher research; 
however most do not. If there is to be a new generation of teacher-researchers, 
preparation must begin in teacher education programs such as the Master of Science 
in Teaching program at Rowan University.
