    1. By sending this order form, you accept AEQ order-shipping-return policy.
    2. When this journal can show proof of shipment - you will not hold AEQ liable
      for lost shipment.
    3. For proof of shipment AEQ is pleased to offer one of the following:
      USPS Certificate of Mailing or USPS Delivery Confirmation Receipt.
    4. Upon request, seven days after the order was shipped, we can provide you
      with a copy of proof of shipment.
    5. Any loss or damage must be reported to USPS on the form provided by
      your local post office.
