	07 2007 Jun BENCHMARK #2 Book publication is cancelled or delayed when the number of
	   		  responses is less than 35 papers, and CFP did not produce additional one. 
	   		  Otherwise: Book Editor asks authors to make updates, in three months, per 
	   		  the following guidelines. Manuscript Authentication & any Redactory Fee 
	07 2007 Jun Authors, Book Editor and Series Editor promote the book

	05 2007 Sep 2008 January BENCHMARK #3 Regular, proper revision and Manuscript Authentication along with 
	   		  any Redactory Fee is due. Book publication is cancelled or delayed 
	   		  when the number of revisions is below set minimum, 30 articles
	05 2007 Sep 2008 January Publisher assigns ISBN number and tentative publication date	
			  -- Series Editor writes 500-2000 word Preface
	   		  -- Book Editor writes 1000-3000 word Introduction
	   		  -- Each Chapter Editor (if any) writes 300-400 word Forward, see Vol I
	04 2007 Oct 2008 February BENCHMARK #4 Results of book promotion are evaluated. 
	   		  In order to proceed with the publication, one of the following two must occur  
	                  -- this webpage must receive at least 
			     900 visitors in 9-18 months prior to volume  publication  
	   		  -- or there must be at least 15 pre-publication book orders.  NOTE:
	      		     the number of books printed is determined by the number of
	      		     pre-publication orders times 50, e.g. 15x50=750 books printed.

	032007 Oct 2008 March  Preface, Introduction, Forward are due as e-mail attachments by October March 15th.  
	      		  The last two need approval from Series Editor. 
			  -- Publisher merges  all book materials into a single document, book.
	   		  -- First editing, publisher composes PDF file of the book, verifies content, 
			     layout and prints paper copy.
	   		  -- Second editing, two independent proofreaders read and verify content in print paper copies. 
	03 2007 Nov 2008 March  BENCHMARK #5 Publisher prepares final PDF copy and decides on a firm 
	      		  publication date - at the printer's discretion.
	   		  -- We reserve the right to remove from publication any submission at any time for any reason.
	   		  -- We reserve the right to cancel book publication at any time for any reason. 
			  -- November 2007 April 2008 evaluation will offer a precise publication date...
